The Great Wall

Mutianyu Great Wall, China, 18H x 24W inches soft pastels on paper

Mutianyu Great Wall, China, 18H x 24W inches soft pastels on paper. Framed size 27H x 33W” white mat and white wood frame with crackle finish. An OK attempt at a formidable subject.
This is the best-preserved and restored section of the Great Wall 65 km (about 40 miles) from Beijing, built during Qi Dynasty in 1368. With all the modern facilities provided for tourism, this section is the only one you can toboggan down after the long, hot, but really interesting hike.
